Kristine (Krissy) Flemister is a seasoned market access professional with over 25 years of experience developing and delivering in professional services for the pharmaceutical industry. She currently holds the position of Principal, Value & Access Communications at Herspiegel Consulting. Kristine’s dedication to demonstrating and communicating the value of pharmaceuticals is evident in her extensive experience leading market access/HEOR projects across various therapeutic areas, including mental health, oncology, rare diseases, cardiology, and immunology. Her expertise encompasses the development of formulary and GVD dossiers, value slide decks, literature reviews, product value propositions, market assessments, publications, RWE, and economic modeling.
Kristine played a pivotal role in co-founding Xcenda in 1994 and serving in various roles ranging from VP of Medical Communications, to SVP of Operations, and ultimately President. As President, she was responsible for overseeing all business operations, strategic planning, financial management, and leadership of a team comprising over 700 professional associates across North America and Europe.
As a leader, Kristine brings a unique blend of innovative thinking, operational excellence, and a focus on company culture to every internal and customer engagement, resulting in an exceptional customer experience. She holds a PharmD from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy and completed a Residency at The Medical Center Columbus, Georgia.
