Greg Chandler is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Herspiegel. He is an integral member of the executive leadership team providing input into the firm’s strategy  with an emphasis on finding new areas for growth organically and through acquisitions.  Greg leads the development of the Firm’s internal shared support functions including finance, human resources, information systems and legal.

Greg has spent over twenty years leading and advising professional services organizations including roles as a consultant, investment banker, and CFO.  Prior to joining Herspiegel he helped lead the growth of Emtec, inc. from under one hundred consulting professionals to over one thousand where he led the shared support functions through multiple reorganizations and executed nine acquisitions and two divestitures.

Greg  holds an MBA from  Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a CPA, currently serves on the boards of three mutual fund complexes and has held other board positions in the past with both public and private organizations.
