Laurel joined Herspiegel as Director of Patient Services. Prior to joining the company, Laurel held various roles with PharmaCord across multiple disease states including orphan, rare disease, and gene therapy with a focus on Patient Service design, technology advances, execution, and client satisfaction. With over 13 years of reimbursement experience across major medical and pharmacy plans, Laurel has been an asset to clients in determining areas of opportunity and improvement. Laurel holds her Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in Fine Art with Communication Minor from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.
