Karl Halteman has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Herspiegel Consulting since September 2025. He is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in private equity-backed companies, including nearly a decade as CFO. Karl has guided organizations through transformative growth, complex mergers and acquisitions, ERP implementations, and private equity transactions. Karl has previously held CFO roles at JSI, ReSource Pro, and GENEWIZ. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance positions in the contract research industry.

Karl Halteman holds a BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Syracuse University and an MBA from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
