With over 25 years of life science experience, Chris has held executive roles across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and health-tech industries. He brings extensive expertise from global, regional, and country-level operational and commercial strategy positions, complemented by a wealth of functional leadership spanning Market Access, Corporate Affairs, BD&L (Buy & Sell), and operations, including start-up environments.
Chris has led numerous commercial buildouts and capability growth initiatives from early-phase development through launch planning, product launch, market development, and strategic realignment. He has a broad business transformation background, including commercial-to-clinical transitions, franchise evolution, organizational upsizing or restructuring, and outsourcing.
Chris offers broad therapeutic expertise—from pre-clinical and patent experience to rare disease and primary care—covering key areas such as indication and portfolio prioritization, market potential assessment, and full resource planning.
