Our client was working under an expedited three-month timeline to launch a product in the gastrointestinal (GI) space. Although the organization had significant launch experience, this disease state was new to the organization, and there was minimal overlap with their existing portfolio.

The Challenge

With limited familiarity in the GI space and an accelerated timeline, the client faced uncertainty regarding potential risks in their launch strategy. They engaged Herspiegel to leverage our launch expertise to simulate a launch, aiming to identify high-risk areas and develop effective mitigation plans to ensure the success of the upcoming product launch.
